Website terms
The essentials: website materials are not an offer, an enquiry is not a contract, and project outcomes depend on the starting conditions.
Website status
BIT IT website materials are informational and do not constitute a public offer. The scope and deliverables for a specific project arise only from a separately agreed contract or statement of work.
Case studies
Some projects are anonymised under NDA. Metrics may be rounded, combined or shown as ranges. Results depend on the starting process, data, client team and implementation scope; previous outcomes do not guarantee an identical result elsewhere.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not require either party to enter into an agreement and does not create a duty to deliver a free audit or full specification. The Operator may clarify, reframe or decline a project before a contract is signed.
User responsibilities
Users must provide lawful and accurate information, hold the rights needed for supplied materials and avoid unlawful use or interference with the website.
Intellectual property
Website design, text, code, graphics and brand assets are protected. Commercial copying, republication, resale or derivative use requires prior written permission except where law expressly allows otherwise.
External services
The website links to Telegram and third-party marketplaces. The Operator does not control their availability, security, terms or data practices.
Availability and liability
The Operator aims to keep information accurate and the website available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect loss, third-party failures or decisions made solely from general website information.
Law and changes
Russian Federation law applies. Parties should first attempt written pre-court resolution. Updated terms apply from publication and do not alter an existing project agreement without separate consent.
