Scope and principles
The policy applies to information submitted through the website, direct enquiries and project work. Processing is limited to stated lawful purposes, uses the minimum necessary data and is stopped when its purpose or legal basis ends.
Data and purposes
Depending on the interaction, the controller may process a name, company, contact details, the task description, information supplied during communication or under a contract, consent records, and technical security logs. These data are used to respond to enquiries, prepare and perform contracts, provide support, meet legal duties and protect the website.
Website enquiry flow
When enabled, the website form sends the submitted fields over HTTPS to the controller's server and stores the enquiry in the protected request database. Telegram receives only a generic technical notice that a new enquiry exists; the form data and request number are not included in that notice.
Recipients, storage and transfers
Access is limited to the controller and service providers needed for hosting, email, communication, security and project delivery. Data are not sold. The controller follows Russian data-localisation requirements and evaluates any service that could involve a cross-border transfer before use.
Security and individual rights
The controller applies organisational and technical safeguards, including access controls, software updates, backups and incident procedures. A person may request information, correction, restriction or deletion and may withdraw consent by writing to bit-it.tech@yandex.ru; identity may need to be verified.
