Controller and person giving consent
Consent is given to individual entrepreneur Vladislav Ilyich Pleshivtsev (TIN 710522390823, PSRNIE 324710000057571). It is recorded when the user ticks the consent box and submits the website form.
Purpose and data
The purpose is to receive, review and respond to an enquiry and, if relevant, prepare a proposal or contract. The data may include the user's name, company, contact details, task description, systems used, consent version and submission time.
Processing and recipients
The controller may collect, record, organise, store, update, use, restrict and delete the data by automated or manual means. Access may be provided only to infrastructure and communication providers needed to handle the enquiry. Telegram receives only a generic technical notice, without personal data or a request number.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains effective until its purpose is achieved or it is withdrawn, unless another legal basis requires continued processing. A withdrawal or rights request may be sent to bit-it.tech@yandex.ru.
Voluntary choice
Consent is voluntary, specific and informed. Declining it does not restrict access to public website pages, but the online enquiry cannot be submitted without the consent required for processing its contents.
